We are so happy to have our grill reopen on the New Course. Mulligan’s (formerly Trophy Grill) has been completely refurbished and is welcoming guests to White Bluff Resort.

With a totally new kitchen, including pizza oven, the grill sports a brand new look as well — fashioned after the famous St. Andrew’s in Scotland. There is plenty of room with seating for 70 inside and more seating on the patio overlooking the New Course. The bar has been redesigned with more seating as well. And a covered kiosk with pass-through was added outside for golfers to order from the patio.

Although owned and operated by the White Bluff Property Owners, Mulligan’s is managed and staffed by Arcis (arcisgolf.com), a company well versed in managing golf and dining facilities. The new chef, Matthew Lessing, was brought down from Dallas, where he was Line Chef at the Cowboys Golf and Country Club, Ring of Honor Kitchen & Bar. Chef Matt has a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute at Platt College. He is a registered member of the ACF (American Culinary Federation). Membership requires hours of training and on-the-job experience and means he is held to a higher standard of food service and preparation. He is looking forward to moving to Whitney in the near future.

Mulligan’s is currently open Thursday through Sunday. Thursday-Friday-Saturday for meals, 11am – 7:30 pm. (Bar stays open later). Sundays, it is open for dining 11 am – 3 pm.
POA Owners are pleased to welcome back Jillian, a well-loved White Bluff employee of the former Trophy Grill and Lighthouse Restaurants.
Following the St. Andrew’s Scotland theme, a bagpiper played for the grand opening of Mulligan’s. Some of the owners realxing on the patio during the grand opening.
