White Bluff Resort is booming. Two years after property owners purchased the resort from its developer, lot sales have increased dramatically. Homes are selling quickly and a number of builders have new homes under construction. And NEW AMENITIES are being added early in 2021.
Current Resort Amenities
Two Championship Golf Courses with 4-Star Ratings. Both our New Course and Old Course offer exceptional challenges for any golfer. Both have a Driving Range, Putting Green and Clubhouse. Building lots with great golf course views are available on both. Property owners receive 36 rounds per year.
Five Swimming Pools. Four pools beautiful pools are available to any property owner. Pool decks offer shelter, patio furniture and bathrooms. The 5th pool is located in a separately gated area inside White Bluff called The Highlands. This area is surrounded by the Old Course and features a pool for property owners in that section.
Three Lighted Tennis Courts. One of the courts is set up for Pickleball with equipment available for players’ use.
Two RV Parks. Both are also available for tent camping. A Primitive Campsite is also available near the lake. RV storage is also available through our POA office.
Marina. Four covered and gated docks offer 114 slips (40ft., 30ft., and 22ft.) Dock and gas pump updates will be underway in 2021.
Lone Star Room. Conference Center. Both of these facilities are available for rental by property owners for private events. The Lone Star Room is available at no charge for resident-only events.
Two Outdoor Pavilions. Available by reservation for event use. The Rustic Pool and adjacent pavilion can be rented together for events.
Two Interior Lakes. Both lakes as well as several ponds and streams offer catch-and-release fishing.
Mulligan’s Grill. Located in the New Course Clubhouse, Mulligan’s offers casual dining and beverages. Indoor and outdoor seating.
24/7 Security Staff. White Bluff is a gated resort with security staff onsite 24/7.
Guest Rentals. The resort currently offers newly remodeled condo units and three log cabins for guest rental.
NEW in 2021
Fitness Center. Scheduled to be open in February, the White Bluff Fitness Center will be available to property owners at a modest monthly fee. The interior has been renovated and new equipment purchased. It will be a keycard access.
Lighthouse Pub. Also scheduled to open in late February, is the new Lighthouse Pub. Overlooking the lake, the new Pub is ideal for meeting friend and musical events. The interior of the Pub is being expanded to offer more inside seating. It will offer beverages and light food options. A private entity, owned by several longtime White Bluff residents, is leasing the property from the POA and will operate it.
